Mediation & Arbitration in Southwest Florida

Mediation is the art of helping individuals find a resolution to a conflict outside of court. Contracts and binding agreements are written this way all of the time. If your Mediation is court-ordered, this is an opportunity to have control over the outcome of your case. Deciding what you feel is important, instead of being at the mercy of a judge's decision.

My mission is to help bring resolution to all the parties involved by keeping the lines of communication open and taking the time necessary to sift through all the important details. Judges are required to look at facts and consider case law. Creative and more practical solutions can sometimes be more beneficial to parties than having to hold to case law. So why would you put your most important decisions into the hands of anyone but a mediator to help guide you in what you decide to be the ultimate outcome?
